The P.O.D. debut DVD release is spliced into one-third videos, one-third live songs and one-third documentary footage. Videos featured include "Alive", "Southtown", "Rock The Party (Off The Hook)" and 4 others. The live footage is taken from a concert filmed in Hamburg, Germany in 2002. But perhaps the most enticing footage is an hour-long career retrospective on the band, which is coupled with behind the scenes footage from the Youth of the Nation 2002 tour.
